Organisational Structure

Supporting Orphans and Vulnerable for Better Health Education and Nutrition in Uganda comprises of student volunteers and university graduates from the Universities of Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi,  Makerere University, University of New Brunswick, Canada,  University of Sheffield, London, University of Manchester, and Cairo University, ,

It has a Board of 8 Directors, who are responsible for formulating policies, streamlining organizational policies and the overall monitoring and evaluation of activities. There is a management team supported by 3 full time and 26 part time Staff (Graduate and Student volunteers).

The management team is responsible for implementation of policies formulated by the board, activity/or programs implementation and resource mobilization for the organization. SOVHEN has a pool of 160 volunteers (35% out-of-school and 65% in-school) who facilitate several activities year-round.
